StakeCV (stakecv.com) is a platform that connects people interested in buying, renting or investing in properties in Cape Verde with the real estate agencies, developers and owners offering them. The data controller is StakeCV, reachable at contact@stakecv.com.

2. What data we collect

When you use our forms (contact, sign-up, expressing interest in a property or listing one) we collect: name, email, phone number and the content of the message you send us. We do not collect payment data — StakeCV does not charge buyers or tenants.

3. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to: put you in touch with the relevant agency, developer or owner; respond to your inquiries; and, if you list a property, manage the commercial follow-up of the listing (including commission calculation when a deal closes). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as there is an active business relationship (e.g. while managing your interest in a property or following up on a deal) and afterwards for as long as necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to contact@stakecv.com. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

6. Cookies and local storage

StakeCV uses browser local storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in and save your preferences (such as language or properties of interest). We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.
